Warm Delicata Squash and Apple Salad

The nutty, slightly sweet taste of delicata squash is paired with tender kale, tart apples and creamy pine nuts. This warm salad is tossed with a maple mustard dressing.

Heating instructions: Heat whole dish in preheated oven of 300 for 15 mins, stirring twice during heating just until warmed through (not re-cooked!) OR cook in microwave on low stirring every 2 mins until warmed through (warm not hot!). Toss with dressing and pine nuts and serve warm.

Ingredients: locally grown delicata squash, pearl onions, organic EVOO, pine nuts, organic Lacinato kale, home grown sage leaves, homegrown thyme, organic apple, organic apple cider, vinegar, organic garlic, Dijon mustard, organic maple syrup, sea salt and pepper.
