Soupe au Pistou
This is adapted from an very old, stained and dog-earred Jacques Pepin cook book, and is a go-to for all seasons. An elevated chicken and vegetable soup - the pistou (basil, EVOO, garlic & parmesan cheese) makes it so much better than the standard chicken soup.

Ingredients: all kinds of organic veggies, organic EVOO, organic onion, organic garlic, organic and/or local chicken, homemade organic and/or local chicken broth, organic basil, Parmigiano Reggiano
Cooking instructions:
Heat in microwave or stove top. Top with pistou and stir in.
