Individual Chicken or Roasted Vegetable Pot Pie

A savory blend of hearty vegetables (and roasted chicken for the meat eaters) in a light cognac infused béchamel sauce with a crispy, buttery crust.

Can be vegetarian but not vegan

Cooking instructions: Heat in pre-heated oven at 350, covered in foil, for 15 mins OR heat in micro wave until heated through (the crust will get rubbery quickly in the microwave so don’t over heat!).

Ingredients: Organic flour, organic butter, organic onion, organic garlic, organic celery, organic carrot, organic and/or locally sourced chicken and chicken broth*, organic homemade vegetable broth**, cognac, organic cream, organic thyme/rosemary/sage, peas, organic egg, salt and pepper.
