Green Shrimp Enchiladas

Homemade sauce of pan-roasted tomatillos, caramelized onions and charred poblanos bathe tender shrimp and mild queso anejo rolled in corn tortillas, topped with jalapeño crema and cilantro.

Ingredients: organic grape seed oil, organic corn tortillas, jalapeño, tomatillos, organic red onions, organic cilantro, Argentinian shrimp, queso anejo, jalapeño powder, Mexican crema, sea salt, black pepper.

Cooking instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Place enchiladas in oven covered for 20 mins. Uncover and cook another 10

  • Top with crema and cilantro
